Time, Money, Energy are All Interchangable – Let’s Conserve our Mental Energy!

Thoughts, Cash, Hours – who would of ever imagined that the word ‘value’ would ever give so much meaning to these things? I’m telling you – the more that I understand myself, the more powerful I have become in budgeting my time, money and energy.

Today, I am going to focus on the ‘mental’ energy that one can spend plenty of headspace on; people who tend to be flighty and/or flakey.

Oh how I wish that I was talking about an old classic cereal. Unfortunately, there are a lot of flakers out there!!

There are certain people that come into our lives and they are definitely here to teach us some serious lessons. If these people are unable to communicate effectively with you, then you may want to consider keeping your distance from them. If this person is consuming your thoughts and they aren’t making a good impression on you, then it may be even a better idea to keep your distance from them. Remember, these people aren’t bad… they are where they are in their life and they are doing what they can (with the information and experiences) to craft the reality that they (intentionally or unintentionally) desire. It is highly unlikely that they have the intention to piss you off. Of course, it can be human nature to call them or e-mail them and literally tell them to ‘Fuck Off’ but you really know that it’s best to avoid doing that.

If you come from my school of thought, you know that we are all ‘individual expressions of divine conciousness’. We do what we can to learn, evolve, celebrate and appreciate one another – tell me this… why does one have to deal with other peoples flaky natures and other types of related tendencies? I have an answer for you:

We don’t have to. If anything, we can always communicate to the other person how we truly feel, however I would factor this in…. Would your words cause more harm than good? Or would you be able to find a way to tactfully craft a solution that can resolve the scenario. In most cases, the person who is being ‘flakey’ is highly consumed in their headspace or even oblivious to what they are doing. Also keep in mind that they may be involved in something that is consuming their headspace and they may not be able to communicate it till a later time. Just know that there is no need to burn the bridge – unless you really feel that it’s time to do so. That is when you take the time to listen to your heart and see if this is the right thing to do (at this present moment).

Remember – it never hurts to take a little time away from the scenario and focus your time, money and energy in areas which will make you happier.

Well my friends, go get em' tiger! Have an amazing rest of the day and continue to be the 'grreat-est person you can be' !
